End-of-Life Doula Services

Greetings. My name is Rebecca Ryan. Serving Cape Cod and beyond, I offer End-of-Life Doula support to help families move through life’s final transitions with peace, confidence, kindness, and even humor.

Meet Rebecca (she/her)

Discover the care and guidance that can ease your journey and support your family.

I believe every family deserves support that brings comfort, clarity, and ease. Through compassionate doula care, legacy projects, and caregiver guidance, I help you navigate this season with confidence and the reassurance you’re not alone.

šŸ•Š Emotional & Spiritual Support

Compassionate presence, active listening, and calm reassurance to help individuals and families find comfort, connection, and meaning during life’s final season.

🌿 Guidance & Education

Clear, non-medical support to help you understand the natural changes of end of life—reducing fear and uncertainty while complementing hospice and palliative care.

šŸ•Æ Vigil & Bedside Support

Creating a peaceful, comforting environment through music, ritual, or quiet presence. I offer steady support throughout vigil time and can remain bedside during final hours.

šŸ“œ Legacy, Practical & After-Death Support

From legacy letters and life stories to practical guidance and early grief support, I help families honor their loved one while navigating each step with clarity and care.

A Daughter’s Journey

My mother was diagnosed with MCI in 2012. As the eldest daughter living closest to my parents, I’ve had the privilege of walking beside her—and my father—through each stage of her illness. Since she entered in-home hospice care in March 2025, I’ve felt the familiar mix so many eldest siblings carry: the deep love, the emotional weight, the tender joy, and the quiet frustration of responsibility.

If you’re on a similar path, I’m here to help. I can offer the guidance, information, and support you need as you care for your parent through the end-of-life journey.
